Our family had a great time at this place near the beach. The rooms were cosy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The view of the sea from our room was spectacular, the location was really convenient as it was only a few steps from the beach, and it was perfect for families with little children as it has a safe swimming area. We also loved the friendly and accommodating owners who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Although everything was great, the only downside was the lack of blackout blinds in the room, which made it quite light both day and night. But overall, it did not affect our experience much and we did enjoy a wonderful time at this place.

It was nice to have a quick escape from the city. the beach was beautiful. We also enjoyed the free coffee and tea in the room. It was a plus that it had access to a BBQ and beach equipment. We were able to rent canoes and paddleboards too. Plus, the view of the ocean was a plus!
The room was disappointing. the outdated decor was unappealing and it had a lingering old mothball smell.

Staying in a motel right on the beach is definitely an experience in itself. Looking out the window and seeing the ocean is a real treat. There are several units with direct access to the beach, which is ideal for a quick dip or an evening walk. the rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit slightly outdated. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the location still has a lot of potentials.
The issue of cigarette smoking outside the units can be detrimental for non-smokers to the point of impacting their stay.

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The location of the motel was absolutely stunning, right on the beach. Hearing the waves inside the unit was so relaxing and gave us a sense of inner peace. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and although it was a bit outdated, it had a retro charm to it. Sitting in the room and watching the setting sun was absolutely lovely. The motel is also conveniently located just a few minutes drive from restaurants in Manganui. I had a great experience at this motel and would recommend it to others.
